After a long tiring day all I want is to soak in a warm bath but my saas keeps saying its not good in pregnancy. Im 6 months. Is a normal bath actually fine or is she right? confused honestly.

Raat ko sote waqt thode garam paani se naha lo, body bilkul halki ho jayegi. Tub bath le rahe ho toh dhyan rakho ki water deep na ho aur bathroom floor pe mat bichana taaki slip hone ka koi darr na rahe. Ek simple bath mat use kar lo.
Haan na, bilkul safe hai par bahut garam paani se mat nahana please. Normal gungune paani se nahaoge toh body pain bhi kam hoga aur acchi neend aayegi. Thoda slip hone ka dhyan rakhna bathroom me bas.
Ghar me MIL hamesha bolti thi ki pregnancy me gungune paani se hi nahana chahiye, thande ya bohot garam se nahi. Thodi thandak ke liye pairo pe normal paani dalo toh swelling me aaram milta hai. Bado ki advice me dum hota hai!
