Was thinking of going for a spa body wrap to relax thoda, my back is so stiff. But not sure if its safe with the heat and all in second trimester. Has anyone done it while pregnant?
Sweetie, I really don't think body wraps are a good idea right now. Your body is already working so hard, and anything that puts external pressure or introduces unknown substances is a definite no-go. Maybe try a warm bath if your doctor says it's okay, or just rest. Focus on what keeps you and the baby safe and comfortable.
Naa baabaa, body wraps bilkul nahi karna chahiye pregnancy mein. Body pe itna pressure, aur kya chemicals use hote hain, kaun jaanta hai. Ghar pe aam tel se halki maalish karwa lo, woh theek hai. Lekin wraps toh mat hi socho. Haan, doctor se bhi puch lena ek baar.
Hey! Honestly, I wouldn't risk it yaar. Pregnancy already comes with so many rules, this is one thing you can probably skip. Just relax, enjoy being pregnant, and don't stress too much about things like this. Your body is doing amazing things!
Oh god please be careful. After my last experience, I literally ask my gynac for everything small thing. Body wraps during pregnancy sound risky to me, esp with all the chemicals and pressure. Pls just double check with your doctor, even if it feels silly. Safety first, always.
Hi dear, generally body wraps are not advised during pregnancy. There's so much going on internally, and many wraps involve ingredients that might not be safe, plus the compression. It's best to stick to gentle massages or just talk to your doctor about safe ways to relax or manage any swelling. Always prioritise what's best for baby.
