Are cold sores a sign of early pregnancy?

Got a cold sore on my lip out of nowhere this week and my period is also delayed. Now im wondering if the two are connected or im just reading too much into it. Did anyone else notice this before testing positive?

Oh interesting, I didnt get cold sores but I did get every other random thing. So this isnt a usual sign then? Following to understand more.

I wouldnt count cold sores as a pregnancy sign honestly. The real early signs are missed period, nausea, tender breasts. If you suspect pregnancy, just take a test rather than going by this.
