Found out im pregnant just last week and now i have a blocked nose and slight throat irritation. No fever though. Is feeling like u have a mild cold a normal early thing or is it just coincidence?
Quite common. I leaned on steam inhalation, warm soups and lots of water. For just a normal cold thats fine, but if fever comes definitely check with the doctor.
Haan na, bohot common hai. Body ki immunity thodi low ho jati hai. I just did warm water and haldi doodh, but agar bukhar aa jaye to doctor ko zaroor dikhana.
A mild cold can be normal but please keep an eye on it. If you get high fever or it lasts long, ring your gynac, dont just take random tablets. Some cold medicines arent safe in pregnancy.
Yes actually, your immunity dips a bit in early pregnancy so colds and blocked nose are common. I had a runny nose for weeks early on. Rest, fluids, steam, and dont take any cold medicine without asking doc.
