Im about 4 days before my period and getting these mild cramps, kind of like period pain but not exactly. We have been trying this month so my mind is going everywhere. Did anyone feel cramps before they found out they were pregnant?
I had light cramps before I even knew I was pregnant and panicked thinking period is coming. Turned out it was implantation type cramping. Did anyone else feel mild pulling in lower tummy that early? It confused me so much.
Could be babe, but dont stress too much over it. Loads of us got mild cramps early. Just wait for the test, your body does weird stuff in those first weeks anyway.
Mild cramps can be an early sign, the uterus is changing. But honestly period cramps and early pregnancy cramps feel similar so its not a sure sign by itself. A test after your missed period will tell you properly. Sharp or heavy cramps with bleeding though, get checked.
I overanalysed every twinge during my two week wait, you are not alone. Light cramps can mean many things, pregnancy ya just period coming. Try not to read too much into it and just test on time, the waiting is the worst part I know.
Mild cramps are usually okay early on. But if you know you are pregnant and the cramps are strong, one sided, or with bleeding, please call your gynac. Better to check than to worry at home.
