Im around 5 weeks and getting these mild pulling cramps in my lower pet, sometimes they come and go but few times it feels almost continuous. Just wanted to know if for u all it was constant or on and off? Thoda tension ho raha hai.
Oh I remember worrying about this so much during my first trimester! My doctor told me it's just the uterus making space for the baby, so mild on-off cramping is fine. Now my little boy is 2 and running around, looking back I feel we stress way too much!
Definitely not constant, they usually come in short waves when u sit for too long or stand suddenly. I used to keep a small stool under my desk at office to keep legs elevated, which really helped. Just monitor it, if it's too much call your doc and take a day off.
I totally understand how scary every little ache can feel in these early days, sweetheart. Please don't worry, mild cramping that comes and goes is just your little one getting comfortable inside. Sending you so much love, just rest and trust your body.
Mild cramping is very common in early weeks as the uterus is stretching, but it shouldn't be constant or very painful. Just make sure you are resting well and staying hydrated. If you ever feel severe pain or see spotting, better to talk to your gynac immediately.
Actually, constant pain is not normal yaar, they should just be mild like period cramps that come and go. If it's a dull ache throughout the day, maybe just lie down and relax for a bit. But seriously, if it starts hurting too much, please gynac ko call karo immediately.
Honestly, when I had my IVF transfer, I felt light cramps on and off, not constant. It's totally normal for them to come and go as the body expands, but please be very gentle with yourself and inform your doctor if they get sharp. Take lots of rest and stay positive, dear.
