Winters are coming and i usually use an electric blanket cause i feel cold easily. Now that im pregnant my sister told me not to use it. Is there really an issue or is she just being extra?
The main concern is overheating, not the blanket itself. I used mine to warm the bed beforehand and then switched it off before sleeping. Best to confirm with your doctor what they advise for you.
I cant really say medically but I personally avoided it and just used a normal warm quilt with socks. I was a bit worried about getting too overheated so I skipped it. Maybe just ask your gynac to be sure.
Haan I had the same doubt in winter na. I just used it to heat the bed and turned it off before getting in. Didnt keep it on all night to avoid getting too hot.
