Someone gifted us a box of anjeer and i love them soaked overnight. Just want to be sure they are fine now in second trimester, and how much is ok in a day? pls share.

Yes figs are fine and good for digestion and iron. Two or three soaked ones a day is plenty, dont overeat the dried ones. They really helped my constipation in pregnancy.
Figs are healthy but dried ones are quite sugary, so with GD I limited them. If your sugar is fine, a couple a day is okay. Fresh figs are lighter on sugar than the dried, just keep the count small.
Figs are good, full of fiber and iron, I had a couple soaked anjeer in the morning. Amma said it helps with constipation too, which it really did for me. Just keep it moderate since they are sweet, my doctor was fine with it.
