My gynac has suggested some hcg injections in early weeks because of my history and honestly im a bit nervous about it. Did anyone here take these? Was it ok for you, just want some reassurance before my next visit.
These hormone injections are usually given for a reason and always under prescription. I really wouldnt rely on community advice for this, your doctor knows your case and that answer matters most.
I understand you want reassurance, but injections like these are best left to your doctors call. If she has prescribed it, trust her plan and ask her any doubts directly. Dont stress over random opinions.
Honestly this isnt something to self decide. It depends fully on why its prescribed. Ask the doctor who is treating you exactly why and how long, dont take any injection just because someone else got it.
I had HCG support shots in my IVF pregnancy and it was completely under my doctors guidance, dose and timing all decided by her. Please dont take it on your own, this is one thing only your fertility doc or gynac should manage.
In my treatment HCG was given for a specific reason and only my doc monitored it. I wouldnt comment if its safe generally, every case is different yaar. Please talk to your gynac directly about this one.
