Im in my first trimester and getting these dull headaches almost every afternoon. I dont want to take anything without asking my doctor first. Did u all get headaches too in early pregnancy?
Mild ones yes, but I'll add a caution, if the headache is very severe, sudden, with blurry vision or swelling, please call your doctor, that can be a BP thing. I had to get mine checked once for that reason. Better safe.
Mild headaches were super common for me in the first trimester, mostly from hormones, hunger and not drinking enough water. Eating small frequent meals and staying hydrated helped me a lot. So yes the mild ones are pretty normal.
Yep normal, especially if you're skipping meals or staring at screens like me. I started keeping water and a snack at my desk and it cut down a lot. Dont pop any tablet without asking your gynac though.
Dont worry, occasional headaches happen to most of us in pregnancy. Rest in a quiet dark room, drink water and it usually eases. Just flag it to your doctor if it becomes frequent or very strong.
