Been getting these dull headaches almost daily this week, im around 10 weeks. Not taking anything for it ofcourse, just resting. Is this a normal pregnancy thing or should i mention to my doc?
Mine were often from dehydration and not eating, since nausea kept me off food. Sipping water and small snacks helped reduce them. For medicine I only took what my doctor allowed, nothing on my own.
I'd add a caution here, in later pregnancy a bad persistent headache can be linked to high BP, that happened to me. So dont brush off a severe headache, especially with swelling or vision changes. Get your BP checked promptly.
Yes mild headaches are pretty common, especially early on from hormones and sometimes low water or skipped meals. I drank more water and rested in a dark room. But if its severe or with blurred vision and swelling, call your gynac immediately.
