Someone in my family said women with hip dips have easier delivery and i honestly dont know if thats just a myth. Just curious does the shape of hips actually matter for pregnancy or is it all talk?
If you mean hip dip exercises, I would not start any new workout move in pregnancy without your doctor or a prenatal trainer guiding it. I stuck to gentle prenatal yoga that my gynac approved and that was enough for me.
Yaar dont stress about hip dips right now, your body is doing something amazing. If you want to stay active just do what your doctor allows. The shape stuff can wait till after delivery.
Honestly hip dips are just a natural body shape, nothing to fix during pregnancy. Dont stress about toning that area now. Focus on safe gentle movement and your weight will sort itself out after baby.
Any targeted exercise in pregnancy should go through your doctor or a certified prenatal coach first. Hip dips themselves are totally normal anatomy, not a problem to correct now.
