I used to do workout before conceiving, including squats and jumping exercises. Now I am 8 weeks and scared to continue anything high impact. Did your trainer or doctor allow such exercise?
I'd skip jump squats honestly. Jumping and high impact moves arent recommended in pregnancy. I switched to slow squats and prenatal yoga after my gynac okayed it, felt much safer.
Please dont do jumping exercises without your doctor clearing it. High impact can be risky, especially if you have any concern. Ask your gynac what activity is safe for your stage.
No to jump squats. Pregnancy isnt the time for high impact training. Keep moving with safe stuff your doctor approves and you'll bounce back after delivery anyway.
