Are lack of symptoms and abdominal cramps sign of pregnancy?

My period is 4 days late and Im getting mild cramps in lower pet but no other symptom at all, no nausea nothing. Trying to conceive since 3 months. Could this still be a sign? pls share if same happened with u.

I am in my 18th week now, and trust me, initially mujhe koi vomiting ya nausea nahi tha, bas halki cramps thi. Main toh roz mirror me dekh ke darti thi ki sab sahi chal raha hai na. Apne me se kisi aur ko bhi aisi symptom-less starting mili thi kya?

Lack of symptoms normal ho sakta hai par cramps ko ignore mat karo. Safe side ke liye sabse pehle apni gynac se phone pe baat kar lo. Koi bhi sharp pain ho toh bina soche doctor ke paas hi jana sahi rehta hai.

Please, minor cramps normal ho sakti hain par agar pain tez ho raha hai toh risk mat lijiye. Mujhe starting me severe pain lag raha tha jo badh gaya, aur spotty bleeding hone lagi. Doctor se immediate check-up karao, health first humesha.
