Around 5 months now and i noticed a small lump in one breast while showering. It doesnt really pain but my mind immediately goes to worst things. Did anyone else feel lumps during pregnancy or is this not normal? planning to tell my doc but wanted to hear from u all first.
Breast changes and some lumps can be normal in pregnancy, yes. But I'd never tell u to ignore a lump. Show it to ur gynac, they can quickly tell if it's just a gland or needs a closer look.
I felt a lump in my third trimester and got so scared. Doc checked and said it was just a blocked duct, totally fine. So get it seen, but it's very often nothing serious.
Pregnancy makes breasts change a lot, lumpy bumpy feeling is common. Most are harmless milk glands. Still, get it examined at ur next visit, dont just guess. Better safe.
Some lumpiness is common as the milk glands develop, especially later on and after delivery when milk comes. Often it's blocked ducts. But please get any new firm or painful lump checked by ur doctor just to be sure.
