Some days i just dont feel like cooking and maggi is the easiest thing na. Im 4 months and was craving it badly yesterday. Is it ok to have once in a while or should i totally avoid? anyone else having maggi cravings?
I completely get how anxious u can feel about every single thing u eat. Eating Maggi once in a while is absolutely fine and won't harm the baby. Just try to limit it so u don't face constipation issues later because of the maida.
It is totally fine to have Maggi once in a while to satisfy your cravings! I had a normal delivery and ate Maggi occasionally when I had no energy to cook. Just add lots of veggies like peas and carrots to make it a bit healthy.
I totally understand those late-night noodle cravings, they are so hard to resist! Please don't feel guilty about treating yourself to a bowl of Maggi occasionally. Just make sure u are eating your healthy fruits and veggies during the day too, sweetie.
I am in my 2nd trimester and had a massive Maggi craving yesterday, but then felt so guilty after eating it! Do other first-time moms also feel this constant guilt over eating instant noodles? I hope it doesn't affect the baby.
Maggi is fine occasionally, but remember it has high sodium and refined flour (maida), which isn't great for daily consumption. If u do eat it, try not to use the entire tastemaker packet to keep sodium low, and don't make it a regular habit.
Eating Maggi once in a week won't hurt, and it's a very cheap snack when u are on a budget. But remember, saving on food shouldn't mean missing out on nutrition. Keep your main diet rich in proteins and vegetables to avoid expensive supplement costs later.
