I know how heartbreaking it is when you crave mangoes in summer and have to restrict yourself because of gestational diabetes. It’s so hard to control those feelings. Please hold on, you can eat a tiny slice after consulting your doctor, but your baby's health is worth the sacrifice.
Listen, mangoes will spike your sugar instantly, so don't cheat on your diet. If your sugar is under control, you can ask your doctor if a small piece is fine. But don't go eating a whole mango just because of cravings.
