Period is late by 4 days and ive been crying over the smallest things, then irritated, then totally normal. Its not like my usual PMS at all. Could this be an early sign? Im going to test in a couple days.
Very much yes, hormones cause big mood shifts especially in the first trimester. It eases for many in the second. But mood swings alone dont confirm pregnancy, so if your period is late just take a test.
Haha I cried because my chai got cold and laughed two minutes later, my husband was so confused. Mood swings are totally a thing. Just warn the family and ride it out, it does settle.
