My nose is fully blocked since 3 din and i cant sleep at night. I have nasal drops at home that i used before but now im pregnant so im scared to use anything. Will check with my gynac but wanted to know if anyone else used them?
For a blocked nose, honestly, steam inhalation works wonders and it's totally safe! You can also try saline nasal drops, they just have salt water so no harm. But if it's really bad, pls check with your doc before using medicated ones.
I used to Google every single thing before putting it near me during pregnancy, so I totally get your concern. For nasal issues, generally saline drops are okay. But seriously, with anything medicated, even a little bit, it's always best to call your gynac just to be super safe. Dont take risks.
Oh my god, I had such a bad cold last month and was so worried about using anything! Did anyone else feel like even a common cold medicine was a huge decision? My gynac said saline drops are fine, but for anything else, better to ask.
Ugh, the pregnancy blocked nose is real, isn't it? I swear I snored louder than my husband some nights! 😂 Saline drops are generally fine, like glorified salt water. Anything stronger, just ask your doc, you don't wanna risk turning into a unicorn or something.
Aww, blocked nose is no fun! 🤧 Most doctors say simple saline nasal drops are totally fine, they just help clear things naturally. For anything stronger, definitely give your doc a quick call, just to be on the safe side! Hope you feel better soon! 😊
My doctor specifically told me that plain saline nasal drops are safe because they just moisturize and clear the nasal passages without any medication. But she advised against decongestant drops unless absolutely necessary and prescribed by her, due to potential systemic absorption. Always confirm with your gynac.
