Are pain killers advisable in 3rd trimester of pregnancy?

Im in my 8th month and the back and leg pain is bohot zyada these days. dont want to take anything without knowing, will check with my gynac also but wanted to hear from others first. is it ok in this stage or no?

I totally understand how exhausting and painful these last few weeks can get, dear. But please avoid popping any pain pills on your own as they can affect the baby; just call your doctor and ask what is safe.
