Im in my 2nd trimester and craving pista badly, been munching on them as evening snack. Just want to make sure its fine to have daily and not too much. Pls share if u had them too.
Pistachios are fine in moderation, good source of protein and healthy fats. Just go for unsalted ones, the salted packets have too much sodium. A small handful a day is good.
