Are pregnancy cramps common in 8th weel?

Im in my 8th week and getting these mild pulling cramps in lower pet on and off. No bleeding ya anything but it makes me tension. Is this a normal thing this early? Planning to ask my doc but wanted to hear from u all also.

Hote hain thode cramps starting me because body adapt kar rahi hoti hai. Just drink lots of water and take rest. Agar mild hai toh tension mat lo, bilkul theek ho jayega.
