My back and hips are starting to ache at night and Im struggling to find a comfy position to sleep, around 26 weeks now. Everyone keeps suggesting those big pregnancy pillows but they are pricey. Did u find them actually useful or not really worth it?
Depends on the person honestly. Some swear by it, I managed fine with extra regular pillows both pregnancies. Try the pillow-between-knees trick first, if you still cant sleep then invest in one.
Worth it if you have trouble sleeping in later months, which most of us do. The knees and belly support really helps side sleeping. I bought a simple C shape one and dont regret it.
I felt so much more comfortable once I got one. Before that I kept waking up with a sore back. Bonus, I'm still using it now for feeding the baby, so it didnt go waste.
Honestly in my third trimester this pillow is the love of my life, sorry husband. It saved my back and hips so I could actually sleep on my side. 100 percent worth it for me.
They help, but if budget is tight you dont need the fancy expensive one. I just used 2-3 regular pillows, one between the knees and one behind the back, worked almost the same. Spend the money where it matters more.
