Got a faint positive yesterday morning and now im second guessing the whole thing. Should i fully trust it or wait and test again? These home kits reliable na or not?
They are very accurate but not 100 percent, timing affects them a lot. Testing too early can give a false negative. If u get a confusing result, retest after a couple days or do a blood test to be sure.
My gynac said home tests are highly accurate when used correctly after the missed period, but no test is absolutely foolproof. A blood beta hcg is more precise. So trust it but confirm with the doctor if u have doubts.
I retested like three times because I couldnt believe one result, haha, the anxiety was real. They are usually right but timing matters. If unsure, a blood test settled my mind for good.
