I tested at home and got two lines, im about 6 weeks as per my last period. But part of me still doesnt fully believe it na. Are home tests reliable at this stage or should i get a blood test done?
I tested at 6 weeks and the line was so dark and instant, no doubt at all. I was still nervous and tested twice, anyone else did that? Then the scan settled my nerves fully.
At 6 weeks tests are super reliable, way past the early faint line stage. My app told me hcg roughly doubles every couple days so it is strong by then. A dating scan around then is a nice next step.
By 6 weeks the hcg is well up so a home test is very accurate then. If you get a clear line at 6 weeks you can pretty much trust it. I would just book a scan to confirm everything is fine.
