Are prolapsed hemorrhoids during pregnancy common?
This is embarrassing to type but i developed piles and now it feels like its coming out a bit. Im 7 months and constipation has been bad. Does this happen to a lot of women in pregnancy? feeling alone with this.
Piles in pregnancy are actually pretty common yaar, the pressure and constipation cause it. Prolapsed ones happen too. Fiber, water and not straining help, but if it's painful or bleeding, see your doc for proper treatment.
I dealt with this and yes it's more common than people talk about. Keeping stools soft with fiber and water really helped me, and warm sitz baths soothed it. My doc guided the rest, pls dont feel shy to ask yours.
Very common because of the pressure on that area. Staying regular is key, so fiber and lots of water. Just be mindful of what fits your diet. For anything that prolapses or bleeds, get the doctor to look properly.
Don't feel embarrassed, this is very normal in pregnancy. Family always said eat more fibre and drink warm water, which does help with the constipation behind it. But for a prolapsed one, trust your doctor to guide treatment.
They are common but a prolapsed one can be quite uncomfortable, so dont just suffer through it. I'd really suggest showing your gynac, she can suggest safe relief. Dont try random ointments on your own na.
