I used to do a small home workout before and push ups were part of it. Now im 10 weeks and not sure if i should continue or stop completely. Anyone kept doing them safely?
I am active too but I switched to wall push ups and prenatal yoga after asking my doctor. Regular floor push ups put pressure on the tummy as it grows. Please get your gynac to clear any exercise plan first.
I would be very careful with this, especially after the early months. Because of my history my doctor told me no straining exercises at all. Please dont start anything without your gynac saying yes.
It really depends on your fitness level and stage of pregnancy. Some modified versions may be ok early on but it is not one size fits all. Best to let your doctor decide what is safe for you.
