My mom keeps soaking kishmish in water at night and giving me in morning, says its good for blood. Im only 6 weeks and bit careful about everything i eat. Is it actually fine in early days?
Raisins are fine but they are quite sweet, so watch the quantity. I had GD so my dietician told me to limit dry fruits. For most people a small handful is ok but check if u have any sugar concern.
