Im ttc and these days getting this heavy pressure type headache around my nose and forehead, feels like sinus. Period is due in a week. Just wondering if anyone felt this as an early sign or is it just my usual sinus acting up.
I had headaches early on and kept wondering if it was a pregnancy thing or just my usual sinus. Did anyone else feel this confused? My doctor later said hormones can cause headaches but it's not a sure sign.
I overanalysed every little headache when I was hoping to be pregnant, so I totally get this. Honestly a headache alone isn't a reliable sign, could be a hundred things. The missed period and a test are what actually told me.
Just one caution from my side, if a headache becomes very severe or comes with vision changes, please don't ignore it and call your doctor. In normal cases it's usually nothing. But severe ones during pregnancy should always be checked.
Headaches can happen in early pregnancy due to hormones, but sinus issues are common otherwise too. So one symptom isn't proof of anything. If you suspect pregnancy, just take a test after your period is due.
