I am craving spring rolls from a Chinese place near my office. I worry more about outside food and sauces than the roll itself. Did you eat this kind of street/restaurant food while pregnant?
They're okay once in a while if cooked properly and fresh. Just keep in mind they are fried and maida based, so I had to limit mine because of my sugar levels. If your sugar is fine then occasional treat is no harm, just dont make it daily.
Veg ones are fine if cooked well and served hot. The thing to watch is hygiene of the place and that the filling isn't half cooked. I'd avoid raw stuffing or any meat filling that isnt fully cooked. Otherwise enjoy.
Yesss I lived on veg spring rolls in my second trimester haha. As long as they are fresh and hot and properly cooked inside it's fine. Just dont go for the ones sitting out cold at a roadside stall, get them freshly fried.
Don't overthink it yaar, a hot fresh spring roll is fine. Just from a clean place, that's the only thing. Cravings ko thoda satisfy karna bhi zaroori hai.
