Im a week before my period is due and ive been having these mild pulling kind of aches in my lower tummy. Cant tell if its just PMS or something else. Did any of u feel stomach aches before u got a positive?

Mild cramping can happen early as everything stretches and settles. It often feels like period pain. But sharp or severe pain is not normal, then you see a doctor.
Light aches can be early, but anything strong or one sided with bleeding, please ring your gynac. That part needs checking quickly. Don't manage severe pain alone na.
