Been getting these pulling pains low in my tummy and down there for last 2-3 days, period not due yet. We are ttc so my mind is going everywhere. Could this be an early sign or just normal pms stuff? anyone felt similar.
Some women feel mild cramps early but its not a sure sign, it can also just be your period coming. The only way to know is a pregnancy test once your period is late. If pain is strong, see a doctor regardless.
Light cramps can be part of early pregnancy dear, as things stretch and settle. But dont rely on that alone, do a test to be sure. And if the pain ever turns sharp or heavy, please go get it looked at.
I had some low cramps and pulling in my early days and I felt so worried about every twinge. My doctor said mild aches as the uterus changes are normal. But honestly only the test confirmed it for me, the pain alone didnt.
Mild pulling type aches can happen early on, but pain isnt a reliable sign by itself. More importantly, if its sharp, one sided or comes with bleeding please see your gynac quickly. Dont self diagnose pain, get it checked.
