I was taking these enzyme supplements before for some swelling issue. Now im 9 weeks and got confused if i should continue. Anyone has idea about these in pregnancy?
Unless your doctor has literally handed you these pills and said 'eat them', please keep them away! Stick to normal ghar ka khana and coconut water for now. Why take extra pills when you already have ten prenatal vitamins to swallow, right?
Honestly, my brain is too tired to even process what systemic enzymes are right now, haha! I only take what my gynac specifically writes down in my prescription. Definitely ask your doctor before taking any such supplements, yaar.
During my IVF journey, I was taught to be extremely careful with any supplements or enzymes because we don't know how they affect the baby. It is best to avoid them unless your doctor has specifically prescribed them to you. Please stay safe and take care.
Why take external enzymes when you can improve digestion and inflammation naturally? Just drink warm water, eat fresh fiber-rich foods, and walk daily. Always run these supplement names by your doctor first.
Listen to me, there isn't enough safety research on systemic enzymes during pregnancy. It is always better to be safe than sorry when carrying a little life. Just talk to your doctor and they will give you a safe alternative if you need it.
I am 6 months pregnant and haven't heard of these enzymes being used normally. Are they for some specific health issue? I always check with my gynac before even taking a cough drop, so please ask your doctor first.
I just had my baby and during my pregnancy, I wanted to take some enzyme supplements for my joint pain. My doctor strictly said no to any random over-the-counter enzymes. Please talk to your gynac before starting anything new.
