Are transvaginal ultrasound in pregnancy time in arabian?
Im currently in the gulf and my doc has asked for a transvaginal scan early on. Just wanted to know if its commonly done here during pregnancy and is it normal? Feeling a little unsure.
I was so incredibly anxious when my doctor suggested a transvaginal ultrasound in early pregnancy. But please don't worry, it is completely safe and standard procedure to check the baby's heartbeat early on.
Honestly, I barely remember my early scans through this sleep fog, but yes, TVS is super common in the first trimester. It doesn't hurt the baby at all, so don't stress.
Transvaginal ultrasounds are routinely done in early pregnancy to confirm the placement, but if you have any doubts, always ask your gynac to explain why it's needed.
When I was staying with my parents, I had to get a TVS scan in my 7th week. My mother reassured me that it's very safe and normal for checking early growth.
