Can 1st 3months pregnancy ladies eat lamb leg soup?
Im just 9 weeks and my saas wants to make me lamb leg soup for strength. But im not sure if its ok in the first trimester itself. Koi bata sakta hai if its fine this early?
my MIL told me paya soup is very strong and 'garam' for the first trimester, so she advised me to avoid it till month 4. maybe have it in very small quantities or check with your doctor first.
paya soup is amazing for energy, i had it during my postpartum recovery too. in the first trimester, just make sure your stomach can digest it well as nausea can make it heavy.
im in my second trimester now and was so scared of eating 'garam' foods in the first 3 months. did anyone else also eat paya soup early on without any issues?
genetically it is great for protein and collagen, which is good for baby. just ensure it is thoroughly cooked to avoid any foodborne bacteria, which is risky in early pregnancy.
yes absolutely, lamb soup is highly nutritious and packed with calcium. just ensure it is prepared cleanly ghar pe and not from roadside shops to avoid stomach infections.
oh i craved hot mutton paya soup so much in my first trimester! just make sure it is cooked really well and not too spicy, it is actually great for bone strength.
