It can vary a lot, some conceive quickly the second time, others take longer, both totally normal. Things like age, breastfeeding and gap since first delivery play a role. With my second it took a few months, dont assume it'll be instant or slow.
If you are still breastfeeding heavily, that can delay your cycles returning, which affects timing. That happened to me. Once feeding reduced, my periods regularised and we tried then.
Dont compare it to your first pregnancy dear, each one has its own timing. Give your body time, especially after a delivery. It usually works out, just be patient.
