My scan report mentioned partial molar pregnancy and I am waiting for the doctor's explanation. I am very scared and don't understand what it means for the baby. Has anyone gone through this?
This is something only your gynac can really tell u after scans yaar. In most partial molar cases the baby sadly cannot continue safely, but pls dont go by what u read online. Sit with your doctor and ask everything clearly, ok.
When my cousin had something similar, her doc explained that partial molar pregnancies usually have chromosome issues so survival is very rare and they monitor the mother closely for safety. They did regular hcg tests on her. Best to ask your gynac about your specific reports instead of general answers.
I totally understand how heavy your heart must be right now. This is such a delicate situation and I really feel for u. Lean on your doctor and your family, and ask the gynac to explain slowly so u dont feel lost.
I know how scary this word feels, I have been through a loss myself. Honestly partial molar pregnancy mostly does not end with a healthy baby and there can be risks for the mom too. Please stay close to your doctor and let them guide u, sending u a hug.
Take a breath beta. These cases need proper medical handling and your team will explain what is realistic for u. Whatever the outcome, your health comes first, so please follow their plan fully.
