Can a ortivin nasal spray affect pregnancy?

My nose is totally blocked since 3 days and i used to take otrivin before. Now im 9 weeks and scared to use anything. Will it harm baby? Planning to ask my gynac but wanted to know if anyone used it.

Honestly, jab mujhe cold hua tha toh doctor ne Otrivin use karne se mana kiya tha. Unhone mujhe normal saline drops lene ko kaha tha.

PCOS ki wajah se main medications ko lekar extra careful thi. Otrivin khud se mat lena, gynac se pooch kar hi saline drop use karna.
