My home test showed positive but the line was thoda light even now. Im around 12 weeks na so i thought it should be very dark by this time. Can it still be wrong somehow? thoda tension ho raha hai.
Honestly, it's very unlikely for a test to be wrong at 12 weeks because your hormone levels are peak right now. Just go for your NT scan which happens around this time, and you will get a clear picture of your baby!
I remember wondering about tests early on, but by 12 weeks they are highly accurate. If you are getting confusing results, please see your doctor for a scan to check how things are. It will really help put your mind at ease.
Beta, at 12 weeks the baby is already growing, so home tests are usually correct. Don't worry, just eat well, drink fresh coconut water to keep your body cool, and visit your lady doctor for a proper checkup.
Stay positive and keep faith, dear. At 12 weeks, a test is almost never wrong, but please do visit your doctor for a routine scan to ensure everything is perfect. God bless you.
At 12 weeks, the hCG levels in your body are very high, so a urine pregnancy test is rarely wrong. However, sometimes there can be a rare hook effect where extremely high hormone levels cause a false negative. The most practical way to know for sure at 3 months is getting an ultrasound scan.
