Can a pregnancy test be wrong at 2 weeks?

I took a pregnancy test about two weeks after what I think was conception, and it was negative. My periods are still nowhere. Could the test be wrong because it was too early to detect?

Humare yahan toh sab bolte hain ki period miss hone ke 5-6 din baad hi check karna chahiye. 2 week me report galat aa sakti hai behen.

Actually yaar, if you mean 2 weeks from conception, the line might be super faint or negative because of low hCG. Just wait a few more days and test again.
