Fresh mosambi juice is the only thing I feel like drinking in this nausea phase. My worry is mostly about outside juice and sugar. Are you all having it at home?
Yes ma, mosambi juice is very good actually, lots of vitamin C and keeps you hydrated. My amma made me have it fresh every morning. Just have it freshly made and not too much sugar in it.
Its healthy but I will add a small note, since I had sugar issues I had to watch fruit juices because they spike sugar fast. If your reports are normal its lovely, but have the whole fruit sometimes too. Fresh and unsweetened is best.
