This might sound like a silly doubt but i genuinely dont know much about all this. Me and my husband are trying and i was confused about how it actually works. Just wanted to understand properly, no judgement pls.
Basically it is the sperm in the semen that does the job. If sperm are present even in small numbers there is a chance. For clarity a fertility check tells the actual count.
Pregnancy happens when sperm fertilises the egg, so sperm has to be present. Semen without any sperm wont cause it. If there is a real concern about counts, a doctor can do a simple test.
