Can a traditional sonography detect pregnancy at 4 weeks?
My test came positive and im only around 4 weeks I think. Thinking of going for a normal sono but not sure if it will even show anything this early. did it show up for u so soon or do I need to wait?
At 4 weeks, it's usually too early for a traditional scan to show anything, but you can definitely do your light morning walks if your doctor says it's okay. I remember being so anxious to see the baby, but just keep active and wait a couple of weeks as advised.
Arre, don't rush into scans so early, baccha. At 4 weeks, the baby is just the size of a poppy seed, so a traditional scan won't pick it up clearly. Just relax, eat well, and wait for another 2-3 weeks for a proper checkup.
Oh god, I did this mistake at 4 weeks and panicked so much when they couldn't see anything on the abdominal scan! Please don't worry, 4 weeks is just too early for traditional sonography. Wait until at least 6-7 weeks to avoid unnecessary tension, trust me.
Honestly, 4 weeks is very early and a normal belly scan won't show much yet. Try to eat fresh ghar ka khana and stay hydrated right now, and let your doctor guide you on when to get the next scan done.
Typically, abdominal ultrasounds don't show much at 4 weeks; a transvaginal scan might, but even that is borderline. It is always best to let your doctor decide the right timing for your first dating scan, usually around 7-8 weeks.
