Real menstruation doesn't happen in pregnancy. If there's bleeding please don't ignore it and call your doctor, it can be many things. I had spotting and got it checked immediately, better safe.

Not a true period actually. My doctor explained once you're pregnant, regular periods stop. What people see is sometimes spotting or light bleeding, like implantation bleeding, which is different. Any actual bleeding in pregnancy should be checked by the gynac.
