Can a woman have sex during 1st month of pregnancy?
Just found out im pregnant, barely 4-5 weeks. Husband and me are confused if its safe this early or we should wait, thoda scared something might go wrong. Anyone been through this in their first month?
God, in the first month, I was either sleeping or puking, so sex was definitely not on the menu! If you actually have the energy, go for it, but just check with your doctor if everything is fine inside.
Actually, we were so focused on my sudden mid-night cravings for spicy momos that we barely thought about anything else in the first month! But honestly, unless your doctor has specifically asked you to avoid it, it's generally fine if you feel up to it.
Honestly, because of my PCOS history, I was extremely cautious in my first month and avoided it completely just to be safe. Every pregnancy is different, so it's better to go slow and take it easy right now.
Keep your mind happy and stay positive during this beautiful time. Just check with your doctor once to be safe, and do whatever makes you feel peaceful and comfortable.
Please check with your gynac first because early pregnancy can be quite delicate. Everyone's body is different, so let the doctor give you the green light after a quick scan.
During my early months, I was totally distracted trying to eat healthy and managing my diet, so this was the last thing on my mind. Just make sure you are comfortable and ask your doctor if your health reports are all clear.
We didn't want to take any extra risks or end up paying for extra clinic visits, so we decided to wait until the first ultrasound. Talk to your doc, and if there are no complications, you can proceed slowly without any fear.
