okay this might sound silly but i was just reading random stuff and got confused. once you are already pregnant does the body still ovulate or not? curious to know how it actually works.
Personally, I never ovulated or had periods during my entire pregnancy. I have read that it's biologically not possible once you conceive. But if you have any unusual symptoms, always best to check with your gynac.
I am also trying to conceive and reading a lot about ovulation these days. From what I know, ovulation doesn't happen during pregnancy because of hormonal changes. If you are worried, maybe you can ask your doctor once to be completely sure.
Oh wait, is that even possible? I am currently 5 months pregnant and never thought about this. Are u feeling some weird pain or something that makes u think you are ovulating?
Actually, once u get pregnant, your periods and ovulation both stop till the delivery. If you are having pain that feels like ovulation pain, it could just be stretching of muscles. Just drink warm water and take rest, it really helps.
I totally understand how many confusing thoughts and doubts come to our mind during this beautiful phase. But please don't worry, biologically ovulation stops during pregnancy to protect the little life growing inside you. Sending you so much love and prayers.
Beta, once you are pregnant, the body stops releasing eggs, so ovulation normal cases me nahi hota. Focus on eating good nutritious food now, like soaked almonds and warm milk. Rest well and keep yourself happy.
Honestly, I have no idea about ovulation now, I am just busy planning my next meal haha. But seriously, once that positive test comes, your body goes into baby-growing mode and ovulation stops. Go grab some ice cream and relax!
