This might sound silly but i noticed a tiny bit of discharge from one breast and im not pregnant. Got a bit worried honestly. Is it possible to produce milk without being pregnant or is this something i need to get checked?
Yes it can happen, sometimes due to a hormone called prolactin being high even without pregnancy. It is not common but not rare either. If you are seeing milky discharge without being pregnant, do get it checked, a simple test sorts it out.
It is possible but it usually means a hormonal thing that needs looking into. Please dont ignore it or assume the worst on your own. A quick visit to your gynac and a hormone test will give you the real answer.
