This might sound weird but i noticed a little discharge from my breast and im not pregnant, not even trying. Got a bit scared honestly. Is this something that can actually happen?
Yes it can happen sometimes due to hormone changes or certain medicines, even without pregnancy. Its called galactorrhea. If you notice milk without being pregnant, do get it checked by a doctor to find the reason.
I would say dont ignore this if its happening to you. It can be linked to hormone levels and needs a proper check. Please see your gynac, they may do a small test to understand it.
