I am having burning in chest almost every night after dinner. Baby movements are fine but the acidity makes me restless and I worry if it can harm baby. Did anyone face this in second trimester?
Acidity itself usually isnt a big problem, just uncomfortable. But be a little careful with random food fixes, dont overload on sweet drinks for relief. Small portions and asking your doctor which antacid is safe is the better route.
Oof the acidity in pregnancy is no joke, i used to wake up with that burning feeling. It troubled me but it didnt harm the baby. What helped me was eating slow, avoiding fried and spicy, and not gulping water with food. Ask doc before taking any antacid though.
Beta acidity hoti hi hai in these months, the hormones slow everything down. Thoda coconut water, cold milk in small sips, and chewing saunf after meals used to help in our time. But if it burns very badly or with chest pain, show the doctor, mat ignore karo.
Acidity is super common in pregnancy, almost everyone gets it, so dont think something is wrong with you. It feels horrible but its not dangerous mostly. Eat small meals, dont lie down right after eating, keep some extra pillows under your head at night.
Haan acidity toh hoti hai na, mere saath bhi pura time chala. It doesnt cause a real problem usually, bas bahut discomfort deta hai. Avoid late night heavy dinner and you will feel better. Severe ho toh gynac se pooch lena before any medicine.
