We are planning since couple months and i do aerobics classes 4 days a week. Now im wondering if all that jumping is too much while trying. Should i tone it down? anyone been through this.
My hospital coordinator mentioned that light active lifestyle is great, but high-intensity aerobics should be avoided during the two-week wait. Better ask your gynecologist.
No need to stop completely, but keep it low-impact. Switch to moderate aerobics or brisk walking for 30 minutes so you don't stress your body too much.
Moderate exercise is fine, but don't spend too much on expensive fitness programs. Just do simple home workouts and keep budget aside for basic pre-pregnancy checkups.
Moderate aerobics is fine, but since you are planning, do consult your doctor once. I had thyroid issues, so keeping track with regular doctor follow-ups was really important.
